Are you looking for a space to hold your workshop, meeting, event, gathering, info session? 

If your event is public and free to attend, you can book a room with us at no cost. Examples of hosted events: Clothing swap, travel slide show, potluck, travel tips workshop, movie night, book club, board game night.

Groups are able to make only one booking at a time, this can be for months in advance, but you cannot make another booking until your current booking is done.

Capacity: 30 people max

Rate: Free

Commercial kitchen with a gas grill and convection oven, electric cooktop, commercial fridge and sanitizer. It is accessed through shared foyer with the Garry Oak Room

Size: Approximately 900 sq. ft.

Rate:

• $40 per hour or $120 flat rate for 3+ hours (not including insurance)
• $60 flat rate if included along with a Garry Oak room rental

The large room that we use for childcare programs faces South making it a very sunny and warm meeting place.

Available weekday evenings and weekends.

Rate: $40/hr or $120 flat rate for 3+ hrs

Sunday bookings must be made 4 weeks in advance.

A room that we use for childcare/youth programs. Located at the back of the building.

Capacity: 20 people max

• Evenings: $25 flat rate
• Weekends: $40/hr or $120 flat rate for 3+ hrs
