Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Contact us at place@fgca.ca or 250-382-4604 to withdraw from a program.
- Refunds will be issued as a credit on your account unless otherwise requested.
- If we cancel a class, a full refund will be provided
- If you withdraw from a course more than 4 business days prior to the start of a class, you will receive a full refund
- If you withdraw from a course less than 4 business days before the start of class, you will receive a refund LESS the cost of the first class (no refund if stand alone class or workshop)
- If, after attending the first class you decide this course is not right for you, we are happy to issue a pro-rated refund. This request must be made before the second class.
- Refunds will not be issued for any program that a participant withdraws from after the second class. Medical circumstances may be considered and will require a medical note.
- In the event of building closure or class cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (inclement weather, natural disaster, pandemic), we will begin to issue refunds only after two weeks of cancellation or closure.
L.I.F.E. Program
Eligible recipients can apply for credits to be used towards recreation programs at the Fairfield Community Place through the LIFE program. See the City’s webpage for an application form, or come and pick one up at the Place.
